This sounds so good. And doesn’t strike me as overly complicated. I just have to figure out how to get some of the ingredients.

I’ve also found that it helps to cook the rice the day before. And then lightly fry some in olive oil and seasoning the day I eat it with a dish or if I’m doing a stir fry. The fridge makes the rice cool which seems to make it stick together a bit more and as for the light frying… I’m southern. We fry everything haha
