This is great. I have occasionally made a stir-fry for breakfast and recieved different kinds of response to having done so. But it feels more fulfilling and lasts longer for me.

Now, I know that what I’m cooking could and should be scaled back portion wise and watched for various bad ingredients (or imbalances) that sneak into such a meal. But I do love the idea of changing my approach to breakfast some and trying to incorporate more traditional foods from other cultures.

I think it could be fun but also really helpful. Plus, I’m a big fan of miso and bowl of rice with some chicken. Yum!
