Great article. At first I was thinking, I’m already doing some of this but calling it, “mind shifting” but then it hit me. I’m also doing the opposite. In also bending reality toward maintaining the status quo… avoiding risk and discomfort and all that other safe stuff. That was an aha moment for me.
We’re always distorting our reality, aren’t we? It’s up to us to decide how and for what purpose and effect.
