Some great advice here. It’s a smart challenge for every writer to take up, but I like the way you keep your focus on the human side of branding. Not just the market it and get out quick side.
I admit, Twitter still feels like a bit of a challenge to me. But one I am slowly beginning to learn and understand. You offered some great food for thought in this one!
