Great article and some great insight into sleep. I do a breathing technique at the beginning and ending of meditation that is more intentional and specific than the rest of my time and I typically use either a guided meditation or music to help me gauge my time as well.
I always find it interesting reading other people’s techniques and how similar theirs are to mine.
I think the one tip I need to apply with better intention is the screen off time. I typically do a “wind down” stage where I focus on journal, meditation and sometimes some extra reading. But the catch is, I read a lot on my phone. I think there’s room for growth for me there.
