Great advice for a world definitely changing and changing quick. I think you’re right, the future of work will depend more heavily on flexibility, adaptability and creativity.

Similarly, this reminds me of the T-shaped person (a generalist with a broad range of skills but one or a few that they go deep on) and also “Multipotentialite” as coined by Emilie Wapnick.

I’m a writer, a poet, a blogger, a sometimes visual artist and sometimes graphic designer and.. And… And… I like these terms though as they house the full range of creative potential than can and like you suggest, probably should, exist in professionals today.
